Major Renovation - Room Addition, Deck Expansion and New Entry

Working with you, Mark, to build our truly amaziing and wonderful addition was a fun and exciting undertaking. You hear about so many awful contractor nightmare situations! However, you were just wonderful in every aspect of the process.

We started with a budget and a very vague idea of what we wanted. You helped us with wonderful suggestions and stayed within our budget. You started work when you said you would.

New Bathroom and storage added to home

We had a bathroom put in our house a couple of months ago, and we are very satisfied. From start to finish the process was great.

We had a basic idea of what we wanted and Mark came up with some suggestions that were very helpful. The bathroom is beautiful, and was done in a timely matter.

Over the years we have had several different contractors work on our house, and never asked any back. That will not be the case with Mark, he was a pleasure to work with and we will definitely be giving him a call for more projects.

The homeowner's existing laundry room/mud room on the ground floor was relocated to the basement. The resulting space was reconfigured into a full bath, hallway and storage closet.

Imagine your floor squeaks - on your second floor. Beyond all normal tolerance. Every step, every room up there.

Now, imagine finding and hiring a contractor to take up every accessible (i.e., not under installed plumbing or tile) sheet of particle-board sub-flooring, and replace it with tongue-and-groove plywood, while you're living in your home. That was the project in this home. And you can see the owner's delighted reaction.
